The 1,483 sf, single-story house, built in 1963, underwent a front addition consisting of a primary bedroom, primary bathroom, porch, and foyer.

The 4,802 sq ft lot, which already contained a 956 sq ft single-family home and a 240 sq ft garage, was augmented with a 417 sq ft accessory dwelling unit (ADU) and an 82 sq ft mezzanine.

Built in 1968, this 2068sf two-story single family home located in the heart of Cypress CA, was subject of a full remodel. 

The kitchen, laundry room, master bathroom and master closet were reconfigured to fulfill the current necessities and wishes of my client.

The result is just breathtaking!
