The main house (896 square feet), strategically located at the end of a cul-de-sac with a 414 sq. ft. garage, received a 639-square-foot ADU on the second floor.

The 1,483 sf, single-story house, built in 1963, underwent a front addition consisting of a primary bedroom, primary bathroom, porch, and foyer.

The 4,802 sq ft lot, which already contained a 956 sq ft single-family home and a 240 sq ft garage, was augmented with a 417 sq ft accessory dwelling unit (ADU) and an 82 sq ft mezzanine.
