The 5,227 SF lot with 1,123 SF one story 2 bedrooms,1 bath house, was subject to a full remodel and addition.We added 318.8 SF to the first floor and 442.01 SF to the second floor.Here, not only did I act as an Architectural designer, but as an advisor as well and collaborated with my amazing client who also listened to all my recommendations and together, we added value to his now 4 bedroom, 3 full bath property.
ROSE - FULLERTON, CA
The Tudor style house in a 100x300 sq ft lot, was the objective of a complete remodel, rear-side addition, new infinity pool complete with a spa, firepit and outdoor kitchen. Also, 4 pickleball courts were part of this immense project. The result was a breathtaking compound and we couldn't be happier with the results.
SANTA ANITA - ARCADIA, CA
Originally a detached garage of 350 sq ft, was converted into a beautiful accessory dewelling unit (ADU). A studio was designed with all the comforts including an indoor laundry space, full kitchen, great size bathroom and the magnificent bedroom area that gives all the vibes of a private room, while still maintaining the idea of an open concept.
